Customer Service Rep

Job Summary

This position is responsible for servicing customer requirements, questions and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner while acting as a liaison between customers and/or agents and Beluce Canada.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Respond to calls/email from customers, distributors and outside sales personnel
  • Receive, enter and generate customer orders in an efficient manner
  • Provide accurate quotations, pricing and availability to customers as required
  • Communicate technical information to customers, distributors, agents and end-users
  • Confer with internal departments to supply customers with desired products as expeditiously as possible
  • Process customer returns (RMA’s) and claims in a timely manner, when required
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively
  • Communicate with customers, distributors and agents in a professional and timely manner both verbally and written
  • Provide backup assistance and coverage for other team members and reception
  • Investigate details of issues for service calls and prepare necessary paperwork for Service Team
  • Provide updates to customers/distributors pertaining to changes in open orders, as required
  • Verify pricing prior to entering orders
  • Update production with any changes to open orders
  • Issue approval/record drawings when required

Academic/Education Requirements

The ideal candidate will have High school diploma

  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
