Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative - GTA

Job Summary

This position is responsible for servicing customer requirements, questions and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner while acting as a liaison between customers and/or agents and Beghelli Canada. Also responsible to successfully grow and maintain customers, established distributors and agent accounts through proactive sales efforts and customer service.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answer an average of 40-80 calls/emails daily from customers, distributors and outside sales personnel
  • Receive, enter and generate customer orders in an efficient manner
  • Provide accurate quotations, pricing and availability to customers as required and proactively follow up on quotes in order to win business and gain market intelligence
  • Expedite and follow-up on orders and back orders
  • Communicate technical information to customers, distributors, agents and end-users
  • Maintain product knowledge through training and exposure
  • Confer with internal departments to supply customers with desired products as expeditiously as possible
  • Process customer returns (RMA’s) and claims in a timely manner, when required
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively
  • Communicate with customers, distributors and agents in a professional and timely manner both verbally and written
  • Provide backup assistance and coverage for other team members and reception
  • Investigate details of issues for service calls and prepare necessary paperwork for Service Team
  • Provide updates to customers/distributors pertaining to changes in open orders, as required
  • Update quotes department with updates when quoted jobs become orders
  • Verify pricing prior to entering orders
  • Update production with any changes to open orders
  • Issue approval/record drawings when required
  • Resolve invoicing errors
